By Fatima H from Tucson, AZ Posted Mar 22, 2010 I had an appointment with Dr. Carol. They asked me to show up 15 minutes before my scheduled 9AM appointment. Being new to Tucson, I put the address in my GPS and got directed to a residential area. At 845, I started calling the office to figure out where the office was located, but no one answered (for 15 mins). I then called the on-call doctor for the place and she helped me understand the location of the office. I finally arrived and the staff was SO RUDE. They told me that I could not be seen b/c i was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I had explained that I tried calling b/c I was lost and had left several messages. They told me to leave the premises. I said I'd like to speak to a manager. They then had some guy come out and harass me. I asked his name and who i was speaking with he said it doesn't matter and to get out otherwise he was calling the cops. The cops showed up and we told them our side of the story and he was sympathetic. If you've had similiar experiences, please call your insurance provider and get this doctor removed!!
