By Patsy B from Tucson, AZ Posted Jun 29, 2010 I am very upset with this KFC, this is one of the worse KFC I have been too, there has been ocassions that you drive up to the window to order and they say that they ran out of chicken, and its 700pm and they do not offer u a rain check or anything, its like you are bothering them, even when u go in. Today I called several times to try to order there big special 19.99 my children were in from out of town, and thought that would be so nice, after calling and calling, it was busy or they hung up on me 5 times, I quess they don't want my business. It never fails when I try to order ahead of time, cuz when u go in you have to wait for 35 to 40min for a order, its such a shame, they should try to even give u a soda for there time, or at least another piece of chicken, I rather go to the one over in the 700 block, even if I am 5 mins away very upset with this KFC. Even the customer service is terrible no smile, sorry if I upset u if I have to order for my convience when would be nice after a long hard day. I have complained in the past about saying that they ran out of chicken ater 700pm but it doesn't get me nowhere. You really should do something about this franchise its horrible. I luv your chicken, and so do my kids we have been going to the one all over tucson, except this one of 300 blk. Pleaase do something about this KFC its 5 min away from us, with the gas it would be nice. Nut I don't want to think I am bothering them. Sincerely upset customer.
